Betami ships to both domestic and international destinations. All packages are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to protect the items while in transit.
Returns
Due to our jewelry being made in limited quantities, we have a 7-day return policy. All return shipping costs are covered by the client. Returns are processed after quality inspection to confirm that the piece is returned in its original brand new condition. A full return would be made minus any original shipping costs. Custom and bespoke pieces are final sale, but we will still work with you in the event that a piece arrives damaged.
