In stock pieces will ship by the following business day. If the piece requires a resizing, an additional business day will be needed. The typical lead time for made-to-order pieces is 3 to 4 weeks, though in some cases (or certain times of year) we can ship out sooner.

We take the time to package your orders with additional packaging material so that each piece may arrive safely to its destination. The outer box is unbranded and does not contain the words jewelry or gem, so the parcel is inconspicuous. All shipments require a signature upon delivery and are fully insured in the event that something happens during transit.
